Day 1 | Arrival in Entebbe and Sunset Cruise on Lake Victoria

Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, your luxury Uganda honeymoon safari begins with a personalised VIP meet-and-greet service. The scenic drive offers an excellent introduction to Uganda’s diverse landscapes, passing vibrant towns, rolling farmland, traditional villages, and lush tea plantations as you travel towards the Fort Portal region.

Upon arrival, enjoy a leisurely hot lunch before exploring the beautiful crater lakes area, one of western Uganda’s most scenic regions. Day 3 | Chimpanzee Tracking and transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

After an early breakfast, transfer to Kibale Forest National Park for one of Africa’s most rewarding primate experiences. Accompanied by experienced Uganda Wildlife Authority rangers, venture into the rainforest in search of a habituated chimpanzee community. Kibale Forest is renowned for its rich biodiversity and provides excellent opportunities to observe chimpanzees in their natural habitat while also encountering other primates, birds, and forest wildlife.

Once the chimpanzees are located, spend time observing their fascinating behaviour as they feed, groom, communicate, and interact within the forest canopy. After this memorable encounter, return to Chimpundu Lodge for lunch before continuing south to Queen Elizabeth National Park, Uganda’s most popular savannah safari destination. Arrive at Mweya Safari Lodge overlooking the Kazinga Channel and enjoy spectacular views across the park’s grasslands and waterways.

Day 4 | Game Drive, Bush Breakfast and Kazinga Channel Boat Safari

Rise early for a morning game drive across the Kasenyi Plains, one of the most rewarding wildlife viewing areas in Queen Elizabeth National Park. As the savannah awakens, search for elephants, buffaloes, lions, Uganda kobs, waterbucks, and a variety of bird species that thrive within this diverse ecosystem. After an early breakfast, transfer to the park headquarters for a briefing before entering Bwindi Impenetrable Forest in search of a habituated mountain gorilla family. The duration of the trek varies depending on the location of your assigned gorilla family, but the reward is an unforgettable hour spent observing mountain gorillas in their natural habitat.
